Chevre and Beet Salad with Orange Bread Pudding

Rosemary Roasted Pear Salad, shallot vinaigrette

Salad Mélange, Mixed greens, vinaigrette, seasonal garnishes

Second Course 

Shrimp and Fall Vegetable Terrine, horseradish cream

Pate Maison, Chef’s daily selection

Green Mussels Gratin, Dijon butter, sweet sausage crumbs

Brie Crepe, Sweet Onion Marmalade

Escargot Bourgogne, garlic herb butter

Third Course 

Wild Caught Salmon, Pumpkin Risotto, crispy ginger and leeks

Harpoon Caught Swordfish Provencal, tomato, caper, olive broth

Pan Fried Pennsylvania Trout Meniere, brown butter, lemon, parsley        

Coq au Vin, braised chicken on the bone with red wine, bacon and mushrooms

Braised Beef Short Rib Dijon, collard greens with bacon and onion, whipped potato

Pork Roulade, filled with chevre cheese and spinach, orange demi-glace

Fourth Course 

Apple Tarte Tatin

Chocolate Pot du Crème
