Vanilla Genoise filled with raspberry mousse, iced with vanilla butter cream and decorated with fresh raspberries

Rum Cake

Vanilla Genoise filled with vanilla pastry cream and rum, iced with vanilla butter cream and decorated with toasted almond

Strawberry Shortcake

Vanilla Genoise filled with strawberry jam and fresh strawberries, iced with whipped cream and decorated with fresh strawberries

Chocolate Mocha Torte

Chocolate Genoise filled with mocha butter cream, decorated with toasted almonds 

Lemon Coconut Genoise

Vanilla Genoise filled with lemon curd, iced with vanilla buttercream and decorated with shredded coconut 

All cakes are priced at 9.95 per person (6 person minimum). Special request cakes may require an extra charge. When ordering your cake, please include instructions for any writing you would like, including spelling.
