What will it all cost?
The enclosed information is meant to be a guideline as to our average costs and fees. All menus are subject to a 20% service charge and a 7% tax on food. Once the details of your event have been determined, an itemized proposal will follow. This proposal will list separately your costs for food, service staff, rentals (china, linens, tables, etc.) and space as needed.

What is the seating capacity of the restaurant?
Inside of the restaurant, we can comfortably seat up to 70 guests.  When the weather is nicer, we can also seat guests on our outside patio.  This additional seating allows us to accommodate up to 50 more guests.  Therefore, in warmer months, the full capacity of our restaurant is 120 guests. 

What about service?
The number of wait staff and kitchen staff varies from event to event, and we schedule service accordingly. A 20% service charge is charged for on-site events. For off-site events, generally the service charge is $20 per hour per server for a minimum of four hours.

Can you help us find a location, a florist and a photographer?
Yes, we can coordinate a number of services, including floral, photography, entertainment, transportation, rentals, linens and tenting.

What about rentals?
Equipment rentals are arranged through an outside agency and billed directly to the client. We will make the appropriate arrangements and coordinate delivery and pickup with the vendor.

When do we have to give you a head count?
A minimum guest count is necessary one week prior to the event. This is the minimum number of guests for which payment is promised by the client. Our policy requires the clients to notify us at least six weeks prior to the event if a date change or cancellation is needed.

What are the payment procedures?
A deposit may be required to confirm your date and room. Payment in full is required at the conclusion of your event. Methods of payment include cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and pre-approved personal or business checks supported by local banks.

Parking
La Campagne offers complimentary parking adjacent to our restaurant for all guests. Valet parking is also available for a fee.
