Hors d' Oeuvres

The Chef recommends ordering varying amounts of hors d’oeuvres depending upon the event.  A minimum of 3-4 assorted types of hors d’ouevres are recommended.  We typically will prepare 2 to 3 pieces per person, but this may change due to the event size and other items that are offered, such as a stationary grilled vegetable display.  Hors d’ouevres can be served on stationary trays or butler-style where servers walk around and serve guests from a silver tray of hors d’ouevres.  We will consult with you to provide a variety of gourmet morsels that are a great way to kick off any event at La Campagne.
